Everything was good, check in was fast, we injoed so much, rooms was clean, location excellent, food very good, All staff was polite and helpul

Good break during new year holiday, could have been better...
Location is excellent and the sea facing rooms are worth spending extra bucks. Room is super specious and very comfortable with balcony facing swimming pool and ocean. Beautiful mountain and ocean combination. 31st December gala dinner party was cheery on cake.
We opted for all inclusive package. However being vegetarian, we had struggled a lot for food. There is no choice of veg food in Breakfast, lunch or dinner. The menu was very limited for lunch and dinner with no veg options. Although on first day chef Lala, made special veg dishes for our family but for all other meal, it was difficult for vegetarians to survive. There was no fresh juice and no English tea available at breakfast. During the busy season, there was a heavy rush and people were waiting in queue for breakfast.

Lovely stay with beautiful room and excellent facilities. Let down by impatient housekeeping staff
Everything about the room, the view and facilities. Lovely size room and bathroom. Very comfortable and quiet. Excellent breakfast and service. Pool is also fantastic and the beach. The hotel is well-managed and comfortable for guests.
I did not aware exceptional for the "Staff" as the end of our stay was ruined by impatient and rude housekeeping staff who did not give us privacy or time to get ready and vacate our room in the morning. When we came up from breakfast, we were presented with 3 members of housekeeping staff outside our room trying to enter the room at 11:30am. We asked what they wanted and they said they wanted to clean the room for the next guest. At which point we said we were not ready to check out yet as we'd just finished breakfast. Then they asked us how long we would take! We were stunned by their attitude and impatience. Then one of them asked if everything was OK in the bathroom which was a random question. We practically had to convince them to leave us alone and give us time to get ready as they were standing directly outside the door intimidating us. What was this behaviour about? Then 20 minutes later at 11:50 one of them walked into the room without knocking on the door or any warning!! This is unacceptable and outrageous behaviour. We did not have the housekeeping light on so what made them behave this way? Everything about the stay was excellent until we had to experience this. Check out time is at 12:00 so why are guests being harassed at 11:30 outside their rooms by housekeeping staff?
